About Physio & Recover
Physio & Recover – We welcome any patient any age and any severity. We have worked with a host of backgrounds, including office workers, retirees, keen gardeners, professional sports people, serious life changing accidents and many more. All injuries have an impact, whether it small or significant; if it impacts the enjoyment of life we will help. We approach every patient and condition with an open mind. Physiotherapy is designed to help people recover from injury through treatment and exercise. We are manual physiotherapists, and when appropriate will mobilise and manipulate; muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints to maximise recovery potential.

I am fortunate to have a variety of experience, I am aiming to support and help as many people as possible. I pride my approach in doing what is best for my patients, if I am unable to solve a problem, I will find the right professional and advice to support your recovery. I will not give lists and lists of exercises; it is in my experience that over loading patients with too much can confuse matters and ultimately can slow recovery. I give just enough homework, to help manage symptoms and work towards feeling better. My goal is to offer easy access and sound scientific evidence-based treatment to all patients. Appointments to be offered in clinic, in your home or virtually online. In my spare time away from clinic, I enjoy it with my wife and children; any left-over time I will be on the golf course!!

I have a background working within the NHS and am now developing my career in private practice. I’m passionate about helping people and enjoy the wide variety of conditions I see in clinic. Pain can be daunting, but I believe that clear communication, reassurance, and effective treatment play a key role in recovery, even in complex cases. I’ve recently spent time travelling across South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, experiences that have broadened my perspective both professionally and personally. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and I’m a keen swimmer and water polo player.
