Private Medical Insurance

Physio & Recover are covered by major Private Medical Insurance companies. If your insurance company is not listed, don’t worry, this is not an exhaustive list. Please contact us and we will confirm.

With most kinds of insurance policy, you will have an excess. Your insurance company may ask you to pay this excess to Physio & Recover directly.  Your insurance company may decide to limit the number of treatment sessions you are allowed.  Other insurance companies offer cash back schemes, our receipts are designed and built to fulfil these criteria.

If you do not present us with the relevant authorisation, or if your employer has to authorise treatment then you may not have this benefit available until it is authorised. If so, you will need to pay for all treatment until this is resolved.

If you wish to claim treatment costs on your health insurance, you will need to contact your insurance company directly and they will advise you how to claim.
